Can I track my item?
After the order is sent, the email will automatically send the tracking number to you, and you can use this tracking number to track. If you cannot receive the email, please contact us as soon as possible and we will track the logistics information for you.
Can it be shipped anywhere in the United States?
In North America, we deliver to Continental United States. Please note we may not be able to ship to certain remote/isolated areas of these regions. If this is the case, we will contact you for alternative solutions.
What's your warranty policy?
Aipas offers a one-year warranty on all e-bikes, for more specific warranties, please check our warranty policy.
What's your return policy?
Customers are allowed to submit a return request within 14 days of delivery via service@aipasbike.com. For more specific return and refund, pls check our return policy.
Where are your warehouses?
Aipas's warehouses are located in Ontario, CA. Soon, our warehouses will cover more cities across the US.

How do i get invoice for my order?
Please contact us after you receive your order through email : service@aipasbike.com. We will send you the invoice.
When my order ship and by which shipping carrier？
Your order will be delivered to your provided address within 3-5 days. For the security of your vehicle purchase, a signature will be required upon delivery. We use major shipping carriers such as FedEx Ground, UPS, and DHL for our deliveries.
Do you support US local pickup?
Yes. You can get your bike through local pickup from our warehouse (Address: 3690 E Jurupa St, Ontario, CA 91761 )
Or you can also pick up from our bike shop dealer in the US (Address: 3557 s Orange ave, Orlando, FL. 32806 / Address: 2400 Main Street, Suite C Santa Monica, CA 90405 / Address: 50413 Hayes Road, Shelby Township, MI 48315).

Can i change my delivery address?
No, we are sorry to tell you that we cannot make any changes after order placed, please double check your address, phone number, order detail, and other information ASAP once the order is placed. If you discover a mistake with your purchase, please contact our customer service team immediately.
How can i cancel my order?
Your order can only be canceled before it ships. To cancel the order, please email us: service@aipasbike.com. Canceling order requests may not be available during the weekend or holiday.

Does My Aipas E-Bike Come Pre-Assembled?
Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube.

Do you offer Financing?

How tall can ride the bike?
For A2E folding ebike height range from 4'10'' to 6' 3"; For A6 cargo ebike, height range from 4'11'' to 6'2"; For A8 electric trike, heught range from 4'2" to 6'2"
How long does it take to recharge the battery?
About 4-5 hours.
What is the top speed and range of your ebike?
The top speed of A2E Folding Ebikes are 28mph and the range is 50 miles.
The top speed of A6 Cargo Ebikes are 28mph and the range is 155 miles.
The top speed of A8 Electric Trike are 20mph and the range is 120 miles.
How do I deal with accessories replacement and repair?
Aipas provide free accessories for you to replace, just contact our customer service at service@aipasbike.com for more details.
Can I use it during rainy days?
Yes, our ebikes are IP4 waterproof. You can ride our Aipas bikes in the rain or through a puddle. Do take note that we do not recommend riding during heavy rain due to safety reasons. Also, do not use high-pressured jets to clean the bike. This is to avoid damaging the electrical components.
Can my ebike seat be replaced?
Yes, the seat is not fixed, the seat can be replaced and the height adjusted.
How to maintain an e-bike for optimal performance?
1. Regularly applying lubricant.
2. Checking all bolts and screws on electric bike for tightness.
3. Clean the e bike often.
4. Checking and maintaining the proper tire.
5. Regularly checking and replacing brake.
How to maximize battery life?
1.Use original battery charger, use of other models or brands may bring about safety issues;
2.Don’t run out of the battery for your each ride. Normally when the battery power comes to 20%, try to fully charge the battery to prolong its life span.
3.Do not leave batteries unused for extended periods of time. Charge or discharge the battery to approximately 50% of capacity before storage. Charge the battery at least once per two months. Store the battery separately from the product in a dry and ventilated environment.
How to maintain ebike motor？
1. avoid getting your motor wet (even if a good quality motor is somewhat waterproof, there is no guarantee that it can be submerged in water for a long time without damage)
2. keep your motor and the rest of the bike clean
3. don't expose your e-bike to high temperatures (over 100 degrees Fahrenheit)
4. oil the chain, gears, bearings and other moving parts regularly
5. take your e-bike to an expert for regular service and maintenance checks
Can this ebike fit in the trunk of my car?
Folded size of A2E is 33" x 31". If you have a van, SUV, sport utility vehicle or hatchback, you can put this E-bike in the back of your car.

This ebike comes 95% assembled，already assembly ready to go

What are the advantages of fat tires in all terrain conditions?
20"X3" fat tires provide upgraded grip and anti-skid capabilities. The unique tread pattern is designed and tested for riding on extremely rough terrain. The width of this tire reduces bumps, reduces fatigue and keeps you safe.
Does my height/weight suit the bike?
The recommended rider height for A2E folding ebike is 4'10" to 6'3", max load 350 lbs.
I am very small / tall. Can I still ride your cargo bikes?
With the Aipas cargo bikes we want to reach as many people as possible. In principle, you can ride the A6 cargo ebike with a height from 4'11" to 6'2"
What is the maximum load capacity of the rear rack?
The rear rack can hold a maximum of 300 lbs.
Can I load cargo in the front and rear racks without a basket or platform?
Our front rack is designed to work ONLY with an attached Aipas Platform, Small Basket, or large Basket. But our rear rack can carry cargo without any attached basket or platform.
Can this cargo ebike carry kids?
Yes, After purchasing a suitable child seat like Yepp Maxi Child Seat, you can carry two kids at a time
What are the advantages of Three-Wheel?
A8 electric trike is very suitable for people who have difficulty maintaining balance or have some physical disabilities. The three-wheel design provides a wider base of support, which makes it easier to balance and reduces the risk of falling.
What is the maximum load capacity of the rear box?
The rear box can hold a maximum of 75 lbs.
What the size of rear storage area
There's a wide space between the rear wheels for hauling cargo. Size is 21" x 18" x 10"
