Checkout Steps

This is a guide on how to checkout, please follow only 3 steps below. If there's still remain questions please feel free to contact: service@aipasbike.com.

Step 1, Choose the color and style you want. Then click buy with Shop Pay or other payment options.

Step 2, Complete your information (add your email and shipping info), If you want you can also choose Pickup from our CA warehouse. Continue to shipping.

Step 3, Check your shipping information. Click Continue to Payment. Choose payment options here. then click pay now. 

If you pay by credit card, your payment could be somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't get declined.

Under such circumstance, here are 3 solutions for you:

1. If you have a PayPal account, please try to pay by PayPal.

2. Please switch to your other credit/debit cards.

3. If you do not have a PayPal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal).

As following steps:

Step 1. Select PayPal (even if you don't have a PayPal account)

 

Step 2. Click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

Step 3. Fill in your credit card info and complete your order.

How to use financing with Shop Pay

This is a guide on how to use Shop Pay, please follow the steps below.If there's still remain question, please feel free to contact service@aipasbike.com

Step 1, Choose the color and style you want.

Step 2, Click more payment options.

Step 3, Complete your information.

Step 4, Continue to Shipping

Step 5, Continue to payment.

Step 6, Choose Shop Pay to Pay.

Step 7, Then click Pay now.

Step 7, You will then jump to the final step, to complete your order.

How To Use Coupons

This is a guide on how to use the coupon, please follow the steps below:

Step 1, Choose the color and style you want.

Step 2, Choose to buy with PayPal or other payment options.

Step 3,  You can add coupons in this page, click Show order summary;

Step 4, Add Your discount code and click continue

Step 5, There will show the price after discount.

Step 6, You can also add discount code in the page where add the payment info

 

Credit Card Payment Failed

Please follow the instructions below if your credit card payment failed:

1, Try to contact the card issuer to confirm the payment failure or change a new card.

2, Check your credit card number and date of expiry etc. entered are correct.

3, Check whether your credit card has reached its limit (insufficient funds).

4, Check whether your credit card number is valid.

5, Check whether the verification information entered is correct.

6, Contact the card issuers to confirm whether cross-border transactions are allowed and whether the transaction amount is limited.
